The SALON DE LAPPRENTISSAGE DE L'ALTERNANCE ET DES MÉTIERS DE GRENOBLE (SALAM) is the reference meeting for all young people and adults who wish to discover new trades and training pathways, in the sectors of industry, crafts, services and the digital sector.

SALAM is an event that combines a job fair with a competition for young people in training. More than 700 professions and specialties are presented through demonstrations, workshops and animations. It is also an opportunity to meet with professionals, training centers, apprentices and companies that offer work-study training programs.

In 2023, the SALAM brought together:
* More than 150 exhibitors
* 12,500 visitors
* More than 300 young people participated in the competitions
